This procurement relates to the delivery of Phase 2 of the Safety Camera Systems Programme. Since 2019, the NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) and road safety partners have been planning and setting up the necessary components for an effective Safety Camera System (SCS) to transfer the NZ Police safety cameras to the NZTA, to operate the system, and to expand the number of safety cameras. This RFP relates to the purchase of an experienced, professional, and capable supplier, who can provide delivery consulting services. We are seeking a partner who can work with us to achieve the outcome, willing to adopt a true one-team approach.
Weighted evaluation criteria will be used as the evaluation model, and price is not a weighted criterion. A ‘two envelope’ system will be used for the evaluation. In addition, we are requesting that respondents make a presentation to support their submission.
