NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) is inviting construction contractors with NZTA Prequalification Levels 3A (Bridge Construction ) and 4A (Construction), who are interested in being shortlisted to participate in a collaborative design with our bridge designer and submit a tender for construction in the SH29 Omanawa Bridge Replacement project, to attend a Market Sounding session.

The online meeting will be held via Teams, on 1:30 pm on Monday 9 September.

The Registration of Interest (ROI) will be advertised on GETS in mid to late September.

Not participating in the Market Sounding does not preclude a supplier from participating in the ROI.

NZTA reserves the right to withdraw from the procurement process at any time without notice before entering into a Contract(s). If NZTA withdraws from the procurement process, then no ROI respondent shall have any claim for compensation or otherwise against NZTA.
