Notice of Information #2: Early RFT information

The Paerata Roundabout and Station Access Road - Physical Works Project forms part of the NZUP South Auckland Package (SAP) investment consisting of transport network improvements, road safety improvements, urbanisation measures, public transport enhancements and active mode development.
The construction of a new single-lane roundabout on SH22 (Paerātā Rd) near 912 Paerātā Road and the adjacent Station Access Road will provide access from SH22 to the new Paerātā Railway Station and the future housing development.

Following the market briefing on 12 December 2023, this Notice of Information #2 provides potential suppliers with early information that will form part of the SH22 Paerātā Roundabout and Station Access Road Request for Tender (RFT), programmed for publication in February 2024 via GETS.
