Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency wishes to provide advance notice to interested parties of their intention to procure Commercial Advisory services for the Indicative Business Case phase of the Waitematā Harbour Connections (WHC) project.
The scope of Commercial Advisory services will support the Urban, Engineering and Planning Alliance in their development of the WHC Indicative Business Case and include the following workstreams:
Specialist Economics (including Urban Economics & Development Economics)
Funding and Financing
Commercial/Development Advice
Please note that all other economic advice and modelling is excluded from this scope of works.
Please note that this is an advance notice only and registration of interest is NOT REQUIRED at this time.
It is intended that the Request for Proposals (RFP) for this contract will be advertised publicly via GETS no later than 24 November 2022. All suppliers are eligible to submit a proposal.
