Waka Kotahi requires professional services (investigation, options development & evaluation) for the revocation of the Takitimu North Link Stage 1 using the principals of a Programme Business Case to:

1) determine the future function and form of the old SH2 that is to be revoked;
2) define the fit-for-purpose programme for the function and form as identified in No 1 above;
3) undertake programme level design with cost, risk and benefits (for an untolled and tolled scenario); and
4) clearly set out the next steps and implementation strategy of the recommended programme.

• File No 2 – NZTA 7315 Price
