This contract is for the design, management, surveillance and quality assurance (MSQA) of safety improvements in the highway corridor, extending from the Hampden southern threshold (RS 01S/618/9.0) to the northern threshold (RS 01S/635/15.2) of the Palmerston township, approximately 22.4km.

The Projects Works comprise of the following:
• Wide centreline 0.5m minimum wherever possible, 1.0m desirable;
• Roadside barrier at high-risk locations, and
• Signs and markings delineation upgrade
