Social Media Management Platform
Waka Kotahi is looking for experienced providers with a well-established social media management platform to help us deliver important information to our customers and to manage the associated workload internally.
The successful provider must be able to provide customer service during New Zealand business hours and have an account manager based in New Zealand or Australia.
We require a platform that will enable us to manage all our social media activity in one place. We have over 40 social media users who need a central platform to be able to publish and manage content, assign tasks to teams and individuals, monitor comments, monitor key words and trending topics, and access comprehensive analytics for reporting.
