This Contract is for the construction of a new four-legged roundabout at the intersection of State Highway 1 Bluff Highway and Elles Road. The four legs consist of two State Highway legs, Elles Road and an Extension to Lake Street. The State Highway section is between RP926/1.370 and RP926/1.845 with the Extension to Lake Street between RP0.00 and RP0.460. The site consists of 1km of road construction.
