The Agency will shortly be issuing a Request for Tender (RFT) from suitably qualified experienced and resourced organisations to provide building demolition and asbestos removal services at 154-174 Beach Road, Parnell, Auckland. The contract is for the removal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) and the demolition of existing concrete and steel building structures. The site is approx. 4,531 square metres and it is anticipated the works will commence March 2020.
We are looking for a supplier that:
* has demonstratable building demolition experience, including specific reference to the removal of Asbestos Containing Materials and other hazardous materials prior to demolition;
* has proven methodologies, equipment and processes to successfully undertake the contract works;
* has experience in the Auckland region, including previous work on arterial roads;
* has proven health and safety experience in the compliant removal of Asbestos Containing Materials
The Agency is looking for credible suppliers who have the experience, capability, capacity and health and safety procedures to deliver the project on offer.
It is important that the supplier has robust and proven processes that will ensure that they can deliver the required outcome on programme. We are seeking organisations who take a collaborative approach to achieving successful outcomes.
