This is a professional services contract is for the Pre-implementation and Implementation phases of the Waitara to Bell Block Route Improvements project.

The Professional Services involved include of:

- Civil and Geometric road and pavement design

- Earthworks design

- Drainage design

- Business case review

- Resource, ecological, heritage and cultural management and related statutory applications

- Public engagement
