This research seeks to identify and develop critical techniques and methods that can be used to value and monetised resilience. The objectives of the research are:
• The identification, development and implementation of techniques and methodologies to better measure the direct and indirect costs and benefits of all the elements of resilience.
• The key factors and variables and matters that should be taken into account in the ex-ante cost benefit analysis.
• How the key identified factors, variables and matters can be obtained, valued and monetised.
