What we need
NZTA is looking for a supplier of Debt Collection services with demonstrable experience within the industry and is prepared to work alongside the agency to enhance our debt collection strategy.
We are looking to partner with a Debt Collection company that:
• Can provide national coverage and has the operational capacity to adapt to changes in work flows; and
• Has experience in working with enterprises to support their debt collection; and
• Has proven methodologies, tools and frameworks to successfully undertake this work with customers.
What we don’t want
The Agency does not want:
• Responses from suppliers who have no demonstrable experience within debt collection services.

The Agency is looking for credible suppliers who have the capability, capacity and experience to partner with the Agency to deliver our debt collection needs.

A bit about us
The NZ Transport Agency is a Crown Entity for the purposes of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and the Public Finance Act 1989 established under Section 93 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003.
The NZ Transport Agency is governed by a Board and has multiple offices throughout New Zealand. The NZ Transport Agency creates transport solutions for a thriving New Zealand. This is achieved through our four core business functions:
• Planning the land transport networks;
• Investing in land transport;
• Managing the state highway network; and,
• Providing access to and use of the land transport system.

There will be a supplier’s briefing held in central Wellington, 5 business days after the RFP has been released. If you wish to participate remotely you will be able to join the briefing using a Skype for Business Meeting.
