NZ Transport Agency has a tender for professional services associated with the development of an urban and landscape design framework for the Twin Coast Discovery Route and township plans for eight of the towns that sit on the route. This project is part of the Provincial Growth Fund package of works for Northland. A tenderer briefing will be held at the NZ Transport Agency Offices, Level 11, HSBC House, 1 Queen Street, AUCKLAND at 1.00pm on Tuesday 13th November 2018.
The “Northland Twin Coast Discovery Route Township Plans” project comprises:
• Development of an urban and landscape design framework for the Twin Coast Discovery Route; and
• Development of eight township plans for: Awanui, Horeke, Kaikohe, Kawakawa, Kohukohu, Moerewa, Rawene and Dargavile.

This project will require close liaison with the NZ Transport Agency, Far North District Council and Kaipara District Council.
