This is a Physical Works contract for the construction of two replacement bridges in Marlborough including Contractor's design of the structures:

- Healys Bridge, Kaiuma Bay Road, Canvastown
- Bulford Road Bridge No1, Bulford Road North, Rai Valley.

Only Tenderers pre-qualified to 3A or 3B under the terms of the Highways and Network Operations (HNO) Prequalification System will be eligible to submit a tender.

The Contract Works comprise:

- Detailed design of bridge structure
- Bridge dismantling
- Reinforced concrete construction
- Associated construction works (earthworks, gabion walls, pavements, surfacing etc.)
