1. NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) invites Registrations of Interest (ROIs) from experienced consultants wishing to tender for the Highways and Network Operations Review Programme.
2. The Work will be carried out under NZTA’s PQM Simple procurement model.
3. The Work will primarily involve undertaking a specified suite of reviews on the Highways and Network Operations business including:
a. Contract Management Reviews (CMR)
b. Lessons Learnt Reviews (LLR)
c. Special Purpose Reviews (SPR)
d. Project Reviews, including Post Approval Reviews and Post Implementation Reviews
4. The work will also include a focus on identifying, developing and implementing business improvements as directed by NZTA
5. It is envisaged that the contract will be awarded early to late June 2016 with the contract start date of 1 July 2016. It is envisaged that the term of the contract will be a 3+1+1 year tenure with progression to additional years based on performance.
6. ROIs are welcomed from consultants who are experienced in undertaking reviews and have relevant knowledge of the Highways business.
7. ROI submissions close at 4:00pm on Wednesday 20 April 2016.
8. ROI involves submitting a single A4 page letter, in response to this advertisement, advising company and contact details.
9. NZTA reserves the right to shortlist applicants through a Statement of Interest and Ability (SIA) process if the number of registered parties makes this necessary.
10. Final tendering of the contract will be by invitation to consultants registered through this ROI process and shortlisted through the SIA (if necessary); the tender will not be re-advertised publicly.
