The NZ Transport Agency invites Registration of Interest (ROI) from consultants wishing to tender for the Programme Business Case Package Development.

The NZ Transport Agency has an ambitious work programme for 2015-18. In particular, the Transport Agency is intending to make a step change in the level of its planning investigations, through the development of Programme Business Cases (PBC), in order to inform our investment priorities for 2018 and beyond.

The Transport Agency is seeking to appoint three or four consultancy firms to assist it to develop the separate PBCs collaboratively with our Regional Delivery teams within the parameters of a national programme and support framework.

It is expected that each of the 10 PBCs will identify and develop a range of strategic alternatives and options to achieve the benefits identified within the respective Strategic Cases. It is recognised that these alternatives and options will go considerably far to closing the levels of service gaps on our high priority corridors.

ROI submission closes at 4:00pm on Friday 25 September 2015.

ROI involves submitting a single A4 page letter, in response to this advertisement, advising company/consortium and contact details to the Tenders Secretary (Geraldine Christmas), National Office. ELECTRONIC RESPONSES SHALL NOT BE SUBMITTED VIA GETS.

Final Tendering of the contract will be by invitation to consultants registered through this ROI process. The tender will not be re-advertised publicly.
