A main contractor is required to carry out physical alterations to the New Zealand Transport Agency fit-out at Level 3 Chews Lane. This is the pilot fit-out for New Zealand Transport Agency’s new working model that requires an innovative and forward thinking contractor to come on board and be part of a team forging the way of future workplace fit-outs.
The New Zealand Transport Agency are looking to change the way staff conduct daily activities by way of a cultural workplace shift toward Activity Based Working (ABW).
In order to create such an environment, the services of a main contractor are required to provide the physical alterations needed to Level 3 Chews Lane, Wellington. While the full scope is to be confirmed, it is anticipated that the works will involve the demolition of existing meeting spaces, painting and decoration, alterations to building services (power, data, fire sprinkler, HVAC and lighting) as well as replacement of floor finishes.
