The New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) invites your organisation to participate in a Closed Request for Quote (RFQ) for the provision of a STEP Probity Officer to support our upcoming procurement process.

Your organisation has been selected based on relevant experience and capability in delivering independent probity services. We are seeking a provider who can offer advice, oversight of key procurement steps, and assurance that the process is conducted fairly, transparently, and in alignment with NZQA’s requirements.

The STEP Probity Officer will be required to:

-Provide independent probity advice throughout the procurement
-Review key documents (e.g., RFx materials and evaluation documentation)
-Attend relevant meetings, if required
-Provide probity oversight during the evaluation phase
-Deliver a probity report at the conclusion of the process

-RFQ closing date: 17 February 2026, 12:00pm (NZT)
