The New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) invites suppliers to submit their proposal for the Customer Experience (CX) and Staff Engagement Platform. This is a close competitive tender process. Please refer to the following:

NZQA has decided to proceed with a single vendor for the EX solution following evaluation of the responses received.

The CX platform requirement will not be awarded through this process. The incumbent provider has been extended for six months to allow time for further consideration of the agency’s future approach.

Should the CX platform be taken back to market, details will be published via GETS.
