Subject: Invitation to Participate – Closed RFP for Translation and Quality Assurance Services

We’re pleased to invite you to participate in a closed Request for Proposal (RFP) for He mahi whakamāori (Translation Services) and Te Kounga o Te Reo (Quality Assurance) Services.
To support your understanding of the opportunity, we’ll be hosting a Supplier Briefing at 2:00 PM on Thursday, 14 August 2025. A link to the briefing will be provided to suppliers who confirm their interest in participating.
If you would like to attend the briefing and receive the RFP documentation, please email your confirmation to procurement@nzqa.govt.nz by Tuesday, 12 August 2025 by 3:00PM.

Following a thorough evaluation process, a panel of preferred suppliers has been selected based on their capability, value for money, and alignment with our requirements.
