New Zealand Post Limited is seeking a supplier to provide the ongoing supply and delivery of paper substrate reels for use on HP IntelliJet™ IJ T250 digital inkjet printers at its Auckland and Christchurch Mail Centres. Substrates must meet specified technical and performance requirements to support high‑volume, continuous print operations.
The RFQ covers core paper specifications with indicative volumes provided for pricing purposes and requires suppliers to support end‑to‑end supply, including sourcing, warehousing, inventory holding, compliance, and reliable delivery aligned to forecast demand and purchase orders.
Evaluation will be undertaken using a lowest‑price conforming model, with the contract expected to commence from 1 October 2026 and include options to extend.
