Overview

New Zealand Post requires an integrated risk management platform to provide a complete view of risks across the Cyber security business units, enabling proactive decisions, greater efficiency, automation, and future growth by aligning with other business initiatives.

The RFP may result in one or two agreements - for software licensing and for implementation services. Respondents will be required to respond to both components. All responses will require both a software solution and implementation service. Joint bids will be considered.

Software solution: We’re implementing an integrated risk management (IRM) tool. a single software platform that will centralise risk data across our ICT department. It will provide a real-time, comprehensive view of our risk landscape, helping us identify, assess, prioritise, and respond to risks more effectively. This tool will support better decision-making, strengthen risk-aware processes, and enhance overall business performance.

Implementation: The IRM tool will need to be built and configured. Some licence providers may handle this themselves, while others may engage a partner. In either case, the requirement is the same: a complete software solution that includes both the tool any licencing and its setup.
