The intention of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to appoint a range of agreements for International Air Carriage including Outbound Mail, Express Mail, and Commercial freight services (Courier parcels to Australia only)

Respondents to this RFP will need to demonstrate that they have the capacity and experience necessary to meet New Zealand Posts’ need for International outbound carriage services. NZP is looking for suppliers who will:
• Bid for selected destinations for delivery of our 3 products including Air Mail, and EMS services, and some commercial delivery to Australia
• Exceed our commercial objectives and provide transparent pricing models.
• Deliver an outstanding service, provide visibility and reporting across all international carriage

The RFP will consist of a single stage closed tender process and evaluation of air carriage providers, assessing quality of service and price for a 2-year initial term with a subsequent 1+1 year extension
