The intention of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to appoint a panel for contingent labour services at New Zealand Post. New Zealand Post needs a panel of suppliers to provide a flexible supplementary workforce to maintain service levels for the processing of mail and parcel items making their way through our network (contingent labour services).

Respondents to this RFP will need to demonstrate that they have the capacity and experience necessary to meet New Zealand Posts’ need for contingent labour services.

Contingent labour services include the following workforce roles, which are described in more detail within the RFP pack:

• Processing Officers, Forklift Operators, Store Persons & Freight Loaders
• Drivers (Class 1 – Class 5) & Drivers Assistants
• Machine Operators
