New Zealand Post Limited is planning to go to market for Commercial Cleaning Services in 2023.
The proposed future procurement approach will be an ROI/EOI followed by a shortlist invitation to a closed RFP.
Experienced respondents with the commercial capability and capacity will be asked to service a) all of NZ, b) all the North Island or c) all the South Island. With the option to select, respondents will be asked to contact NZP if there are small service gaps in their geographical coverage that might be right for subcontracting opportunities.
The RFP documentation that will be made available in the coming future will include:
• An RFP with non-price and price response templates.
• Scope of duties, schedules, and frequencies of cleans.
• A draft form of contract.
• A list of sites with sqm floor sizes, location, and property type. i.e.) office, box lobby etc.
All correspondence and details will be made available via GETS.
