The objective of this procurement initiative is to support the approval for the business case to move NZ Post to a modern, highly available, scalable point-of-sale solution that supports its retail channel now and into the future, while providing a key component of its digital led customer experience strategies, and omni-channel customer strategy. We will need robust solution and pricing data to support our business case.
A software as a service solution (SaaS) is desirable for establishing the base foundation for NZ Post’s future Sales and Service and Channels strategies with omnichannel capability to support all three Sales and Service pillars - Physical Retail, Contact Centre and Digital (web and mobile) in the Channels.
