There are 2 key components of this RFI that we need to help our understanding;
1) We need to understand what Marketing Automation technologies are available in the market that will enable Lotto NZ to deliver on our Omni-channel marketing strategy. Our aim is to deliver a connected and cohesive customer journey across multiple channels, with particular focus on bridging the gap between our online e-commerce solutions and physical retail stores.
2) Our expectation is that data will be the foundational component that will enable the Omni-channel experience. We therefore need to understand how the proposed marketing automation platform best interfaces with various data sources (1st, 2nd, 3rd party, real time). We need this information to inform our data strategy.
