Te Pūkenga is inviting selected Quantity Surveying (QS) service providers to submit a proposal to support the delivery of our capital works, maintenance, and redevelopment projects nationwide.

The successful respondent will provide timely, consistent, and expert cost management advice to support a wide range of capital works, refurbishment, and maintenance projects across our national property portfolio. The successful respondent will be appointed and engaged on a project-by-project basis. Appointment does not guarantee any minimum amount of work.

This RFP outlines the opportunity and criteria for becoming an approved supplier on a NON-EXCLUSIVE basis.
