Te Pūkenga wishes to invite selected suppliers to bid for project management services for construction related projects across the country on a non-exclusive basis.

Te Pukenga is looking to appoint a firm to deliver Property Project Management Services to represent Te Pukenga/ Polytechnics in the management of a team of consultants and contractors for various construction related projects across New Zealand. This will be on a NON-EXCLUSIVE basis.

Fees are to be based on Full Scope of Services from early scoping and consultant procurement through to construction completion and full occupation of the building.

The successful respondent will be appointed and engaged on a project-by-project basis. Appointment does not guarantee any minimum amount of work.
