To date, the Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT) Contact Centre (AskMe!) has been servicing the communications needs of the business via a Geomant contact centre solution connected to the now obsolete and out-of-support Microsoft Skype for Business platform. This is the primary channel for student interaction (inbound and outbound calling).
MIT has recognised the need for change and is seeking a solution replacement that will deliver a better customer experience for our students and allow for seamless product scale to cope with the seasonal changes in call volumes.
