Current research requirements within PFR require additional enhanced LCMS instrumentation specifically designed for high-coverage high-throughput metabolomics analysis. The current LCMS has performed in excess of 6,000 analyses/year since purchase and is utilised to capacity. This instrument does not provide the capacity and technical specifications that modern metabolomic applications require. A modern high-performance HRAM-LC-MS is requested to drive a new level of metabolomics research in PFR.
