Earth Sciences NZ (ESNZ) invites Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably experienced and well-resourced main contractors for the construction of the ESNZ Invertebrate Collection Building.

The project comprises the construction of a new purpose-built facility and associated site works, including:

a. Construction of a new approx. 600m2 fire rated store building, associated support spaces and internal
garage;
b. Building Services installation throughout including a gas suppression system;
c. Installation of new civil infrastructure connecting to public and private assets;
d. Minor site Landscaping.

Through this ROI process, ESNZ seeks to identify contractors with relevant experience, technical capability, resources, and capacity to successfully deliver the project.
