Earth Sciences New Zealand (ESNZ) is seeking to appoint a single supplier for a multi year Committed Supply Period under an ESNZ Master Sourcing Agreement (MSA). The appointed supplier will provide
• Supply of meeting room technology equipment
• Installation services (where required)
• Optional nationwide support services (as a backup to ESNZ’s in house team)
• Standardise room designs and pricing for future orders
• Ongoing access to discounted pricing for successor hardware models
As part of this RFP, ESNZ requires the selected supplier to complete an Initial Order, which must be delivered and invoiced before 30 June 2026 to meet financial year budget constraints.
