We wish to engage a construction supplier to carry out works at the Howick Fire Station to optimise the station by providing bedroom and bathroom reconfiguration, dining area expansion, improved storage areas, gym relocation, new double-glazed thermal break window locations and providing external cladding replacement.

The fire station will remain operational for the duration of the project works. The successful supplier will be required to Implement staged access planning, temporarily relocate critical functions like bedroom pods, and provide clear communication to maintain operational readiness.
