We wish to engage a construction supplier to carry out works at Roslyn Fire Station to complete minimum standards / layout improvements which involves extending the existing station by circa 108m².

The station will remain fully and partially operational for portions of the construction period. As such, the successful supplier will be required to work to an agreed staged and negotiated methodology that minimises disruption to emergency response capability and ensures the safety of personnel and contractors onsite.
