• Internal Reconfiguration – Creation of dedicated volunteer facilities, including a small meeting/training room, kitchenette, compliant showers and toilets, and improved locker spaces.
• Repurposing of Existing Spaces – Reconfiguration of portions of the appliance bay that have become available following the relocation of the Lighting Unit to Takapuna, enabling a more functional internal layout and improved accommodation for volunteer personnel.
• Building Services Upgrades – Modernisation of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and ICT infrastructure to ensure safe, compliant, and future proofed station operations.
