We wish to engage a construction garage installer to design and construct a fit for purpose resource garage at Lake Coleridge. Located at Kowhai Drive, Lake Coleridge.

The structure shall be designed and constructed to:
• Support continuous 24/7 emergency operations
• Remain operational following a major seismic event
• Accommodate vehicle movements, equipment, and heavy operational loads
• Provide long-term durability and resilience
• Integrate effectively with architectural, services, and fire systems


The key objective of this project is to provide a new facility that is essential to maintain Fire and Emergency’s presence in Lake Coleridge, ensuring continued emergency response capability for the village and surrounding high-country area.
