Fire and Emergency is implementing a modern ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management platform to strengthen how we manage and deliver services across the organisation. The Platform will provide a single, integrated environment to enhance service delivery, improve visibility and accountability, and optimise operational efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced implementation partner to configure, deploy, and support the ServiceNow Platform. The engagement will begin with the rollout of core ICT service management capabilities—incident, problem, change, and asset management—before extending the solution to other service delivery functions across the enterprise.
