Fire and Emergency wish to engage the services of a construction supplier to carry out works at the Tarras Fire Station, located at 2968 Lindis Pass, Tarras Road, Tarras.

The plans, specifications and reports that form part of this RFP provide the detail on what’s required, below is an overview of the scope of works that’s to be included:
• Provide appropriate ablutions and accessible facilities
• Dedicated decontamination and PPE storage
• Addition of dedicated training and small meeting space
• Replace switchboard and mains upgrade
• Inclusion of water storage / potable water supply
• Inclusion of a new septic disposal system
• Inclusion of an Exhaust fume management system
• Inclusion of a Fire safety system
