The objective of this procurement is a long-term collaborative and iterative supply arrangement with a strategic partner who can work with Fire and Emergency to deliver payroll services.

We are open to a broad range of payroll solutions being proposed including software/platform, managed/professional services, in-sourced, out-sourced, hybrid, or any combination of these. The payroll supplier needs to support our core payroll processes for the workforce, by integrating with our payroll ecosystem to ensure the workforce is paid accurately and on time.
