This is an Advance Notice of intent to load a Request for Proposal in early January 2024.
We wish to engage a construction supplier to carry out an upgrade of the Whangarei Heads Volunteer Fire Station to provide a fit for purpose facility by the construction of an extension to the appliance bay with locker room area and an upgrade to the administration area to provide Access and Facilities for Persons with Disabilities and means of escape.
There will be a site visit for Respondents to inspect the site to accurately complete their Request for Proposals (RFP) response. Further details regarding this aspect will be included in the RFP when it is released.
