We are looking for a suitable supplier who has the capacity, capability, experience, certification, to deliver the facilities management required at the NTC in Rotorua in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Successful Respondent will need to have a good track record in maintenance, construction, programme management, and have comprehensive implemented health and safety policies. The Successful Respondent will also be expected to demonstrate the inclusion of broader outcomes in their organisation and approach.
