Overview
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by Fire and Emergency New Zealand. We want to know about your company and your capacity in providing complaints management services in New Zealand. We are interested to understand your experience and scope of service available including end-to-end complaints management process, investigations, and resolutions.
Following this RFI Fire and Emergency New Zealand will review its next steps and decide on any future procurement process, if necessary.
