We are procuring an outsourced service to provide Fire and Emergency New Zealand’s personnel identity (ID) cards. The provider will deliver an end-to-end service from secure application, verification, issuing including production, and delivery of ID cards as well as reporting capability.
We require an end-to-end service delivered, preferably, by a single provider however, joint tenders will be considered but there must a be a lead provider who will be responsible for the entire service.

We are looking for providers who have the capability and experience to deliver all requirements and who can also provide innovations or new ways of delivering the service utilising technology and sustainability initiatives to support our progress towards carbon neutrality.
