Overview
Fire and Emergency New Zealand is seeking a digital platform that is able to manage individual cases and workflow and can interface between FENZ and the public. The enterprise solution need to support the business processes, information flows, reporting and data analytics as opposed to implementing several disparate solutions. It needs to be able to have a strong workflow function, allow for communication across multiple users (both internal and external); manage, report and export data and have the ability to setup templates.
