Overview
This RFP relates to the purchase of Microsoft Teams enabled meeting room AV/VC hardware solutions. The key outcomes that we want to achieve are to identify a preferred supplier that can provide suitable devices to align with our meeting room standards. Although the primary aim is to identify the hardware devices, we would be interested in learning about the potential support elements that each supplier may offer.
