Fire and Emergency New Zealand wishes to engage with a construction company to construct a new 696m2 Fire Station at 163 Styx Mill Road, Casebrook, Christchurch.
The new Redwood Fire Station will comprise of two appliance bays with rear entries and front exits, operational decontamination wash and storage areas, transitional showers and PPE storage spaces, six single bedrooms, ablutions, gym, kitchen and lounge, operations room, quite room and meeting rooms. The yard is to be fully landscaped and secure, providing off street staff car parking and appliance wash facilities with appropriate interceptor traps for the treatment of run off.
