We are now working to consolidate the asset information from 40 organisations into a central repository, to make it easier and quicker to manage and maintain our assets. This information may, in future, need to be migrated into future systems that have yet to be determined.
Fire and Emergency NZ is keen to understand the current market capability to deliver technology enabling us to effectively and efficiently manage our assets, and your responses will aid thinking around the management of all assets, which can be broadly categorised to three main groups – land/property, fleet, and plant/equipment.
