The New Zealand Fire Service (Region 2) seeks a supplier to manage Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) tasks for 36 fire stations and associated building facilities and the National Training Centre in Rotorua.
The work requires inspection, advice on maintenance and reporting of all Specified Systems.
All specified system checks, maintenance checks and supply of 12A forms from an IQP are to be sourced and managed by the contractor excluding mechanical ventilation.
All owner inspections are to be included by the contractor.
The successful tender is responsible for managing the performance of all the contractors that they provide including;
• Meeting NZFS safety and site requirements
• Quality of work and service delivery
• accuracy of reports and invoicing

The initial contract will be for three years with reviewable roll-over for a further two 1 year rights of renewal.
