The New Zealand Defence Force require commercial Main Contractor building services to complete the refurbishment of their offices at Trentham. The Messines Building #651 consists of 2 office floors. The ground floor is predominantly offices with workstations in an open plan area, toilets and common areas. The second floor is an open function space with some learning and conference spaces it also has toilets and a small non-commercial kitchen.
The current building is in good condition but is now dated and requires modernization to accommodate current activities and future growth. (Messines Building - Gnd 800sqm, 1st 800sqm Total: 1600sqm)
Following the Registration of Interest (ROI) evaluation a closed Request for Tender (RFT) will be sought from the preferred shortlisted respondents.
The requirements for this ROI submission are:
1. Evidence of successfully completing a similar upgrade project of this size (Essential)
2. Evidence of having worked for the New Zealand Defence Force (Desirable, not essential)
3. Confirmation of contract insurance cover. Public liability $10M.
4. Confirmation your company can commence the upgrade from late October 2017.
5. Evidence of compliant company health & safety systems.
6. Evidence your company has quality assurance system.
